Architect of Record: JHS Architecture Integrated Design and Design Architect: HKS, Atlanta, Georgia

This project is a new 224,000 square foot full service Healthcare facility. Designed as a state-of-the-art technologically savvy medical program intense facility based off of LEAN design principles that minimize the travel distances within the facility. The hospital was designed to create a guest centered care experience with 76 inpatient beds. Included are an Imaging Department, Emergency Department, Laboratory, Pharmacy, multiple Food Service facilities, a Labor-Delivery-Recovery-Suite (LDR) and complete Surgery Suite. The Surgery Suite serves both inpatient and outpatient needs with six operating theaters, a nine station Post Anesthesia Care Unit, and 22 Outpatient Surgery Preparation and Recovery Bays.
